Because of the "moisture problem" under my home, I requested your company come by and inspect the crawl space under my home. Afterwards, I received your report along with photos to verify your report. I was aware I had a problem, but did not expect it to be as serious as it was. I made the decision to have your company install the "Crawl Space Solution Moisture Control System" under my home and it has done a wonderful job and exceeded my expectations. It has reduced my heating bill approximately fifty percent and my home has a much fresher smell. The system controls the humidity under my home and keeps the moisture regulated from fifty to sixty percent, to prevent mold or mildew problems. Your installers went out of their way to accommodate me during the installation and did an excellent installation. They cleaned under my house before installation, installed the material, installed much better doors than expected, and cleaned the area thoroughly after completing the job. The price that I was quoted was exactly the amount I paid. My experience in the past, in most cases, when you pay someone for a "job", they forget about you, but your representative has been by several times to make sure the equipment was working properly. I can honestly say, Strand Termite & Pest Control Co. is a reputable and honest company and will back up and service the product that they sell. You are welcome to bring prospective customers to my home to view and inspect this "system".

Buster Dowless;
We have just had a Crawl Space Solution Moisture Control System installed under our house.
We are very happy with the product and have noticed that our floors are definitely warmer and the house is generally less chilly.
The crew, from the supervisor on down were very pleasant to work with. They arrived on time, as scheduled and completed the job in a timely manner. They were very professional and knowledgeable and were able to answer all of our questions.

I had a severe water problem with structural damage from rot in the crawl space of our home in North Myrtle Beach. After months of study of various alternatives from various individuals with a wide range of prices I came to the conclusion that anything less than the Strand proposal was a mere stop gap.
I contracted with them and they performed the work in a professional manner and we are pleased with the results. Mr. Scott Dier was pleasant to work with and cooperative.
We are pleased to recommend Strand.

Let me take just a minute to let you know how happy Cecilia and I are with the work you did for us regarding our crawl space encapsulation.
You exceeded our expectations, not only with the quality of the materials used but also with the absolute quality and professionalism of your crew. All I had to do was meet and talk with them and I knew we were in capable hands.
I guess the proof of the process will be seen in the future but the piece of mind and comfort we have with the encapsulation being done is worth quite a bit to us now.

We have been customers of Strand Termite & Pest Control Co. since 1972. Buster Dowless performed the first treatment of our house and some annual inspections after that. As the business grew we have had different technicians perform the inspections and treatments.
Buster's team has always maintained the utmost professionalism and courtesy. We have always had a great feeling of confidence with all the work performed by Strand Termite & Pest Control Co. All of the staff, office and field, have always been so helpful and follow up on appointments and other services required.
In 2009, Strand Termite & Pest Control Co. installed a Crawl Space Solution Moisture Control System at our house and we have been very pleased with the work and the results. Underneath the house is sealed with humidity controllers installed to maintain temperature and humidity. They placed a portable digital instrument that reveals the temperature and humidity underneath the house and in the room where the instrument is placed inside the house. The temperature remains within a few degrees of each location and the humidity also within a few % of each location.
Without any hesitation, I would recommend Strand Termite & Pest Control Co. for your termite, pest and crawl space requirements.
